All orders placed on the site will be dispatched and delivered, BUT, due to COVID-19, we cannot meet the usual deadlines and there are still delays in deliveries. As the system is still very disrupted and there are many "on hold" packages due to the last period of confinement which are now being delivered. There is therefore always a significant delay of several days or even weeks linked to the delivery of packages by the carrier companies.
Regarding Tracking Numbers :
With each shipment you receive a tracking number by email, but this is not necessarily valid immediately because it must be flashed by the company that ships the package.

All orders placed on the site will be dispatched and delivered, but due to COVID-19 we are unable to meet usual deadlines and there are still disruptions in delivery times. Because the system is still very disrupted and many packets are "on hold" due to the last containment period being sent now. So there is still a significant delay of several days or even weeks with regard to the delivery of the packages by the transport companies.

We deliver everywhere in Belgium. You must be present when your package is delivered to allow delivery in the best possible conditions. The transport does not include the delivery to the floors which remains at the approval of the driver.

Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check their condition and their conformity. All complaints relating to a defect in the goods delivered, an inaccuracy in the quantities or an erroneous reference in relation to the order confirmed by the company France Simulator, must be formulated in writing on the transport slip. If the goods are damaged, it will be imperative to refuse the product and stipulate the cause in writing on the transport slip.

Furthermore, the company Sim Belgium reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom an ongoing dispute exists.

Delivery delay

If the item ordered is available in stock, the order preparation time is 2 to 4 working days after validation of payment. The average shipping time is approximately 1 to 6 weeks depending on the products for Belgium. For any order placed before 9:00 a.m. and upon validation of receipt of payment, shipping will take place 2 to 4 days later. If out of stock, lead time is approximately 8 weeks. Shipping times will only begin from the date of payment of the order.

In the event of force majeure or exceptional events (natural disaster, epidemic, strikes, etc.) delaying or prohibiting the delivery of the goods, the company Sim Belgium is released from all liability. In all cases, delivery within the deadlines can only take place if the customer is up to date with his obligations towards the company Sim Belgium.

Any cancellation of order, whatever the reason, and accepted by the company Sim Belgium will give right to the sole reimbursement of the sums paid.
No compensation for this cancellation can be requested.

The customer must check upon delivery the good condition of the packages and their contents, in the event of damage or missing product, will specify their detailed reservations on the delivery note and will confirm them, within three days of delivery, by telephone, mail or email to the company Sim Belgium and by registered mail AR addressed to the carrier itself.
