The mere fact of placing an order on the site www.simbelgium.be implies the unconditional acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

3 - Duration of validity of sales offers
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. For products not in stock in our warehouse, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In the event of an order for an unavailable product, the customer will be informed via his customer account available on the site and/or by email as soon as possible.
4 - Product prices
The prices appearing on the site www.simbelgium.be are expressed in Euros (€) and are understood to be exclusive of postage. They can be modified at any time and without notice.
To this price, it is advisable to add the transport costs calculated according to the nature of the ordered articles and the carrier. 6 - Late payment
If the customer is a professional: pursuant to Article L. 441-6 of the Commercial Code, late payment penalties are due the day following the payment date appearing on the invoice in cases where the sums due are paid after this date. The rate of these penalties is equal to the Refi rate plus 7 points. Acceptance of your package automatically entails, in the event of late payment, the application in addition of a late payment penalty of 10.00 Euros per week of delay, depending on the amount of the unpaid invoice.
7 - Delivery method
The delivery of packages will be made by a specialized carrier; GEFCO, GEODIS, DHL and ZIEGLER. We deliver in Belgium only. For the DOM-TOM, please send us a request via the contact form so that we can calculate the amount of the shipment. You must be present when your package is delivered to allow delivery in the best possible conditions. The transport does not include the delivery to the floors which remains at the approval of the driver.
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check their condition and their conformity. All complaints relating to a defect in the goods delivered, an inaccuracy in the quantities or an erroneous reference in relation to the order confirmed by the company Valando / Sim Belgium, must be formulated in writing on the transport note. Furthermore, the company Valando - Sim Belgium reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom an ongoing dispute exists.
8 - Delivery times
If the item ordered is available in stock, the order preparation time is 24 to 72 hours after validation of payment and the average shipping time is approximately 3 to 10 days for Belgium. For any order placed before 9:00 a.m. and upon validation of receipt of payment, shipping will take place 24 to 72 hours later. In case of out of stock, the replenishment time is approximately 3 weeks. Shipping times will only begin from the date of payment of the order.
In the event of force majeure or exceptional events (natural disaster, epidemic, strikes, lockouts, etc.) delaying or prohibiting the delivery of the goods, the company Valando / Sim Belgium is released from all liability. 12 - Guarantee and after-sales service
All products sold on www.rseat-europe.com are guaranteed for 2 (two) years return-to-workshop at the Issenheim warehouse for return by carrier (from the date appearing on the invoice), with the exception of batteries and rechargeable batteries.
If the guarantee is taken over by France Simulator, beyond the first year, transport and intervention costs may be invoiced to the end customer, having previously informed him of the precise and detailed amount of this guarantee. intervention.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, negligence, or noticeable change in the appearance or function of returned equipment. Any material showing traces of shock or overheating, even slight, will lose all rights to the guarantee.
Any return of goods, excluding the withdrawal period, requires the prior agreement of the company France Simulator and the obtaining of a return number issued by it to the customer, which must be very legibly written on any returned package. The return of the goods is carried out at the expense, risk and peril of the customer. Products returned by carrier without physical protection or poorly protected cannot benefit from the guarantee, it is therefore up to the customer to take care to protect and insure the product(s) returned during their transport. It is up to the customer to keep the packaging, accessories supplied with the product as well as any labels affixed to the product or its packaging, and which are necessary to benefit from the guarantee offered.
