SIM BELGIUM, responsible for the processing of personal data carried out on their sites, collects information about you when creating your Customer Account or during your purchases, or communications with our customer service.

Supporting documents sent to Customer Relations:
The purpose of the processing linked to the request for supporting documents is to fight against fraud and unpaid bills. The data is kept until deletion is requested, and for a minimum period of 12 months.
Cookies :
Cookies have a lifespan limited to thirteen months after their first deposit in the user's terminal equipment (following the expression of consent), as recommended by the CNIL. Newsletters :
You can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time from the link provided for this purpose in the email, or directly from your Customer Account.

Your request by email or post must specify your surname(s), first name(s), customer number and include a copy of your identity document.

Finally, you have the possibility of lodging a complaint with the competent supervisory authorities for the protection of personal data.
