1 Conclusion of the contract
Any order for products implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale, supplemented or adapted by our special conditions, which cancel any contrary clause that may appear in the conditions of sale. purchase, purchase orders, or other commercial documents.

2 Prices
The goods are invoiced at the price in effect on the day the order is placed.

3 Delivery
Deliveries will only be made when we have validated that the premises are suitable to accommodate the simulator. An installation cannot be done without electricity, internet, clean premises without dust or work in progress. If the simulator must be installed in a room other than the ground floor, the customer must notify SIMBELGIUM when signing the order form in order to take the necessary measures. If a lift is necessary, this will be the responsibility of the customer.

4 Delivery note:
must be signed upon receipt of the simulators at the location indicated on the order form or modified beforehand. Pending installation, the simulators will be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery costs may vary depending on location and the customer cannot intervene once delivery is underway. If the customer wishes to collect the product on their own, they must indicate this when preparing the quote. Once the quote is closed, the customer will not be able to recover the delivery costs.

Livraison internationale :
The prices of the full pack simulators are excluding delivery, there is a supplement for delivery which will be determined by the delivery address, plus a supplement for the creation of a protective pallet box.

The delivery price will be calculated based on the weight, dimension and insurance for the value of the machine.

5 Delivery times
Estimate of 4 to 16 weeks depending on the simulators. This deadline may be modified depending on delays from the supplier.

6 Refund - cancellation
No refund can be made, each simulator being subject to customization.

7 Warranty
2 year warranty on parts, except for wear and misuse (domestic damage). By domestic damage we mean: cigarette burns, excess weight on the simulator, etc.

Replacement may be done at the customer's expense.

In the event of a breakdown, the product must be dismantled by you and returned either to SIMBELGIUM or to the address of the repair service and provide us with the carrier's tracking number as well as proof of compulsory transport insurance. .

Possibility of intervening on site at an additional cost (travel costs, intervention labor, additional price).

8 Technical service

Intervention hours : Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Any dismantling or modification of the chassis voids the 2-year warranty on the simulator components.

9 Payment
50% deposit on order and the balance before delivery.

Any order cannot be modified after payment of the deposit and the quote validated by both parties. In the event of a product supply problem, both parties can find an alternative or similar products to close the order.

In the event of a modification desired by the client (bacquet design, simulation, etc.) this will be invoiced to the client for the additional work requested.

10 PC/SOFTWARE/SOFTWARE
It is strictly forbidden to modify, delete or integrate games or software other than those initially installed by SIMBELGIUM which could result in compatibility defects on the PC, bug, misadjustment and which would render the warranty void.

The customer will have to pay for the repair and travel hours if he wishes SIMBELGIUM to intervene. Integration of new circuits and cars: can be integrated but only by SIMBELGIUM and payable in advance (offer on quote)

11 Update/commissioning/technical training
All updates can only be done by SIMBELGIUM with on-site or remote intervention. (Game or racing software, graphics card driver, windows, pedal board driver, base driver and steering wheel).

Commissioning and technical training: the voucher must be signed as soon as installation and commissioning are effective. A start-up instruction sheet and instructions for use will be given to the customer.

12 Attribution of jurisdiction
Any dispute relating hereto will be within the jurisdiction of the Dutch-speaking Business Court Brussels.
