MOZA CRP2 Pedals, The 2nd generation Load Cell pedal
The second generation of Load Cell pedals has arrived at Moza Racing! The CRP2 is not just a simple update of the previous model. It offers a brand new design and customization options that make it one of the best pedals for simracing. Built from aluminum and carbon fiber, the MOZA CRP2 features a 200 kg sensor for optimal braking precision, as well as 1764 customization possibilities. It is compatible with PCs and Xbox consoles (via the ESX wheel).
Design, materials, and Load Cell
The MOZA CRP2 pedal set stands out with a minimalist design featuring black and gold finishes. Its smooth curves and hexagonal pedal surfaces evoke stability, balance, and performance. This racing pedal set is made from aerospace-grade aluminum, precisely machined using advanced CNC processes, and finished with anodized coatings. To ensure its robustness, Moza Racing used materials from the automotive industry, die-cast under pressure. The steel base guarantees exceptional durability, even during intense racing sessions, while the carbon fiber coating under the heels minimizes friction. Additionally, all springs and dampers are housed in closed compartments, reducing noise during braking and acceleration. Equipped with a 200 kg Load Cell sensor on the brake pedal, it simulates the braking force of real race cars. This sensor allows precise modulation of the applied force and promotes the development of muscle memory, essential for optimal performance. A high-precision 15-bit angle sensor completes the set, offering exceptional brake control. Although primarily designed for sim racing on PC, the CRP2 is also compatible with Xbox consoles thanks to the use of the ESX wheel. On PC, the Pit House software allows fine-tuning to fully exploit all the capabilities of the MOZA CRP2.
Customizable
The MOZA CRP2 brake pedal features a damper system with blocks of different hardness. By default, the pedal set includes 55R, 70R, 80R, and 98R rubbers, offering up to 125 possible combinations to adjust braking to your liking. Thus, braking can be configured to mimic that of a standard race car, a rally vehicle, or a Formula 3 single-seater. Optionally, a performance kit adds extra springs and dampers to reproduce the sensations of an F1, a Supercar, and much more!
The accelerator pedal is equipped with a spring ensuring a smooth acceleration feel. The pedal set comes with two springs of different resistances to adjust this feel according to user preferences, allowing simulation of various vehicle reactions. The CRP2 clutch pedal (optional) faithfully reproduces the sensations of a high-performance clutch, with a three-stage travel. It also comes with two springs of variable resistance for even more customization.
